How much does this really cost?
There are two simple costs. First, your annual membership fee — Essential at $79, Classic at $99, or Premium at $149 per year. This covers the service: gift curation, card writing, occasion management, and delivery coordination. Second, the cost of each gift — $35, $50, $75, or $100 — charged to your card when each gift is ordered. That's it. No markups, no hidden fees, no surprises.
Who actually selects the gifts?
Real people on the OnCue Gifts team select every gift. We review the information you share about each recipient — their interests, age, relationship, and the occasion — and hand-pick something we genuinely believe they will love. Nothing is auto-generated or randomly selected. Every card message is also written by a real person to sound natural and personal.
What is the difference between the plans?
The plans differ by how many gifts you can send per person per year. Essential covers up to 2 gifts per person. Classic covers up to 5 gifts per person. Premium covers up to 10 gifts per person. All plans let you choose any gift budget — $35, $50, $75, or $100 — for each occasion. You are never locked into one price point.
How does the gift preview work?
14 days before each occasion we select a thoughtful gift and send you a preview email. The gift sends automatically unless you request a change. Simply reply to the preview email if you would like a different option and we will take care of it. Once a gift has shipped it cannot be changed, so we encourage you to review each preview when it arrives.
Can I add more people to my plan?
Yes — you can add additional recipients to your plan at $39 per person per year. Each additional person gets their own gift occasions, budget selection, and fully managed gifting experience. Additional people can be added after you set up your initial plan.
What occasions are covered?
You choose your occasions per person from our list: Birthday, Christmas or Holiday, Valentine's Day, Anniversary, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Work Anniversary, Graduation, or Just Because. You pick what matters most for each relationship. Your plan determines how many occasions you can cover per person per year.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime through your subscriber portal — no phone calls, no waiting, no questions asked. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. Any gifts already ordered before cancellation will still be delivered.
